FOUNDER PROFILE

PLAN | MARKET | SELL was founded by John Wessinger in July of 2014 and built from his 15 years of experience working within the healthcare and retail industries. He has helped to build market leaders and contributed to the success of billion-dollar brands within global organizations.

As a marketing and sales strategist, John can solve complex business challenges and relieve pain points within organizations. He works with business leadership and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to design initiatives that challenge the status quo and the way companies do business.

ABOUT ME

I am a Business Strategist with intimate knowledge of Marketing and Sales. My goal is to inspire organizations and business leaders to embrace change and explore risk-driven strategies. By adopting a new mindset that is based on progression and building skills that will eventually become organizational capabilities. My passion is to collaborate with clients on projects that create positive and lasting change inside organizations.

MY FOCUS

My focus is helping organizations improve how they market and sell their products or services by creating systems and processes that grow revenue and increase market share. My values are based on having an extreme focus and respect for time, saving it for the client and making the most of it during our work together. I also believe that for any business situation or event in life, you need to start with a plan. Once the plan is created, I put all my effort and energy into executing for clients.

WHY ME

I started this business and took on a high level of risk to do so. My goal is to help business leaders do the same inside their own organizations. I help leaders get outside of their comfort zones, do things that are new and learn how to fail in order to succeed.  I can help organizations save time by working through a unique strategic planning process that shortens the marketing to sales cycle and creates an efficient end-to-end marketing-to-sales process.

WHY PLAN | MARKET | SELL

I started PLAN | MARKET | SELL because I felt stuck, obsolete and that what I was doing was not helping myself or others. I made a decision to change what I did and how I did it in order to change who I was and what I would do in the future. Founding this company has changed my life, reshaped it and helped me become who I was meant to be.

MY STORY

My story is about how I embraced change and explored risk. Taking a journey into the unknown. As I set out on this journey of self-exploration, self-improvement and change, I discovered that it was not only important that I took this journey for myself, but important that I took this journey to help others make changes in their own lives as well. Having explored my personal and professional challenges and come out on the other side to tell my tale, I’m now in a unique position to help others take their own unique personal or professional journey.

What I learned on this journey can help anyone in business or anyone looking to make a significant change in their personal lives. The methods I use are proven, battle-tested and have helped others make significant changes in their lives as well. I want to share my story and provide you with a blueprint that you can use to feel more confident in your decisions and make the changes that improve yourself and your organization.

MY APPROACH

We’re bombarded with impulsive, get-rich-quick schemes, bogus fish stories and fairytales about unicorns that make being patient really hard to do. My approach to business is measured and intentional. I’m playing the long game and thinking about your success 10 years from now, not just what we can achieve next week.

I’m here to help you be patient, choose a new path and answer the questions you have about your markets, customers and organization so that you will discover the strategies that will transform your business and your life.
