The PLAN | MARKET | SELL Workshop is a 2-day deep dive into the two main revenue drivers inside your organization – Marketing and Sales.

Together we assess your marketing-to-sales process to find out what’s working and what’s not.

Based on what we learn from exploring your past successes and new challenges, we then work collaboratively to build you a new blueprint for success.

WHY A WORKSHOP?

The idea for this sales and marketing workshop was to create an engagement option that allowed a client to get a full assessment of their strengths and weaknesses, but create a quick and dirty turnaround plan that could get them back on track fast. 

We are able to make an immediate impact in the business in the short-term, but also provide a long-term plan that will still be relevant in the future.

Engaging with consultants and spending 12 to 18 months on your problems is no longer a viable option with the market dynamics of most businesses changing every 6 months.

The cost of the workshop is $10,000 and is meant to be a yearly tune-up at a low cost, but with a high return on impact.

Each workshop will explore the specific challenges outside your organization, the types of skills you need to be developing in-house and how to tackle these new challenges while minimizing your risks.

Creating a path for you to move forward without sinking your teams in the process.

My goal is to make your initial $10,000 investment a fractional cost of the larger results you will achieve.
